Delivery area
We deliver within Germany. Enter your postcode on the home page or on any product page to see straight away whether we deliver to your address and how long delivery takes. Islands without a road connection are delivered on request.
Delivery costs
Delivery is free of charge throughout Germany, including crane unloading. Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days depending on the region. A minimum quantity applies to loose wood depending on the region (see table). All prices include VAT.

How delivery works
- You choose a preferred date when ordering. We confirm the exact day and a time window by phone or email.
- Loose wood is tipped from the truck as close as possible to the spot you want.
- Pallets and hard-to-reach unloading spots: crane unloading free of charge, selectable at checkout.
- Stacking the wood is not included in the delivery.
Access
Please make sure that the access road and unloading spot can be reached by a truck, with firm ground and enough width, and that there are no low branches, cables or gates in the way. Please note any special features of the access in the order form.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer in advance : transfer of the full amount after ordering, without surcharge. You receive our bank details by email; we schedule delivery once payment has been received.
- Cash on delivery : deposit by bank transfer (one third of the order value), balance in cash to the driver on handover.
- Pay by invoice : deposit by bank transfer (one third of the order value), balance by invoice after delivery, payable within 14 days.
